What's new in Dr.Call Manager Pro 4.0
This is a new and efficient way of organizing Doctors Calls. This application will make Doctors and Medical representative’s life easy by organizing appointments automatically based on Doctors preferences. Once this application is downloaded and registration will be done by Medical representative and Doctors. Doctors can give their preference of No of Medical representative they can meet per day. Doctors can also select which days of the week they want to meet Medical Representatives. While Medical Representative can select Name of Doctors to whom they want to meet. Once this will be done application will automatically distribute appointments to Medical Representatives based on doctors criteria for appointment. This does not need to repeat every time as appointments will be distributed automatically once registration is done. If doctor name is not in the list that means , Doctor has not downloaded and registered with this application and one can insist Doctors to do the same for better call management.Advantages
• Medical Representative does not need to go to Clinic/ Hospitals in a rush every day to put a
business cards and fix appointments for that particular days.
• Chances of crowdie situation of Medical Representatives at Clinic/Hospitals will be avoided as
appointments will be distributed properly through this application
• Doctors can give access to Reception by just adding mobile no of responsible person so that
proper monitoring of the same can be done. So that responsible person can check appointments in
his /her android mobile
• Doctors can give qualitative time to meet Medical Representatives after implementation of this
application as if they are meeting patients
• It can easily manage more no. of Medical representatives which might not be possible doing paper
workings
• Doctors can have a list of Medical Representatives on finger tip and Medical Representative can
have list of Doctors with address on finger tip.
